Your DNA: who you need to be

You have strong interpersonal skills. And you've got a Master degree and some experience to prove it. Communicative skills are essential too because you'll be working in a team that shares its information in Dutch, French and English. And your mind is about as analytical as they come: it shouldn't rest before it has found a working solution for that one crucial problem.

One final thing: you have a passion for IT. But that goes without saying.

Your tasks: what you need to do

• Business analysis - Understand the business requirements of the customer and then document the stream of processes accordingly (Elaborating the business process model).
• Requirements analysis - Identify and understand the customer's work within the business process and optimize the interaction between the user and the system under construction (Elaboration of the use case model).
• Project management - define units of work necessary to achieve the documented software, follow up of progress while optimizing the use of resources (Elaboration of the story model).

Your skills: what you need to master

• You've got proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis and capturing.
• You've got experience with Agile methods, practices, values and principles
• You've worked with modeling techniques. That includes UML, BPMN, Context diagrams, etc.
• Got more to offer? Experience with modeling tools (Agilian, TogetherSoft, ...) counts as a bonus.
