The basic idea behind agile software development is to develop a solution through repeated cycles [iterative] and in smaller portions at a time [incremental]. Requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams.

 

For almost a decade, ACA IT-Solutions is applying the agile practices Scrum, XP and Kanban. We tried and verified various team sizes, different cycle lengths, different formats for product and sprint backlogs, alternative testing strategies, etc. We combine XP practices like continuous building, pair programming and test-driven development with Scrum.

 

We know that it works and we want to make it work for you too!
