Agile project approach

You will hear from us ... not only at the finish, but every 100 meters

The basic idea behind agile software development is to develop a solution through repeated cycles [iterative] and in smaller portions at a time [incremental]. Requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams.

For more than a decade, ACA IT-Solutions is applying the agile practices Scrum, XP and Kanban. We tried and verified various team sizes, different cycle lengths, different formats for product and sprint backlogs, alternative testing strategies, etc. We combine XP practices like continuous building, pair programming and test-driven development with Scrum.

We know that it works and we want to make it work for you too!

If you are completely new to Agile, Scrum or XP, take a look at the following pages for more information:

This presention  (in Dutch) about Modularity was made by Stijn Van den Enden for the occasion of 12,5 years as agile organization at ACA. 'Build apps like Lego' teaches you how to build future-proof systems with a modular and service-oriented approach. Parts of such systems can be adapted more easily and the impact of changes are predictable.
